Welcome to Serenity Worx. These Terms of Service apply to your use of serenityworx.com and to services, sessions, readings, programs, workshops, courses, digital products, publications, and other offerings provided by Serenity Worx.

By using this website, scheduling a session, purchasing a product or service, or participating in a Serenity Worx offering, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of Serenity Worx Services

Serenity Worx provides personal guidance, coaching-style conversations, intuitive and spiritual services, educational experiences, resources, and other personal-development offerings.

Services are intended to support reflection, perspective, personal exploration, and decision-making. They are not intended to replace licensed professional services.

Not Medical or Mental Health Care

Serenity Worx does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, licensed mental-health counseling, or other healthcare services.

Nothing provided through Serenity Worx should be interpreted as medical or mental-health advice.

You should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding medical symptoms, diagnoses, medications, treatment decisions, mental-health concerns, or other healthcare matters.

Do not delay or discontinue professional medical or mental-health care because of information received through Serenity Worx.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Coaching and Personal Guidance

Serenity Worx guidance sessions and conversations are educational and personal-development services. They are not psychotherapy, clinical counseling, or treatment for a mental-health condition.

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and results.

Serenity Worx may help you consider possibilities, identify patterns, explore perspectives, or determine possible next steps, but no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Spiritual and Intuitive Services

Some Serenity Worx services may incorporate intuition, mediumship, spiritual practices, energetic practices, divination tools, or other metaphysical approaches. These practices are personal and spiritual in nature and are not scientifically established methods of predicting future events, diagnosing conditions, or guaranteeing outcomes.

Information received during an intuitive or spiritual session should be considered alongside your own judgment and, when appropriate, advice from qualified professionals.

Psychic, Mediumship and Intuitive Readings

All psychic, intuitive, mediumship, divination, and similar readings are offered for entertainment and personal-reflection purposes only.

No reading should be considered a guaranteed prediction of future events or a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed advice.

A reading may involve impressions, interpretations, symbolism, possibilities, or intuitive information. You are responsible for determining what meaning, if any, that information has for you.

Serenity Worx does not guarantee contact with any particular deceased person, spirit, guide, energy, or other source during a reading.

Ministerial and Religious Disclaimer

Katrina may hold ministerial or metaphysical credentials; however, ordinary Serenity Worx coaching, guidance, intuitive, or spiritual sessions are not automatically pastoral counseling, religious counseling, confession, sacramental services, clergy counseling, or religious direction.

A service will only be considered a ministerial or religious service when it has been specifically identified and offered as such.

Participation in Serenity Worx services does not require adherence to any particular religion, spiritual tradition, or belief system.

Reiki, Energy Work and Spiritual Practices

Where Reiki, energy work, shamanic practices, meditation, or similar spiritual practices are offered, they are intended for relaxation, spiritual exploration, personal reflection, or general well-being.

They are not medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat disease or other medical conditions.

No Legal, Financial or Professional Advice

Serenity Worx does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial-planning, or other regulated professional advice unless explicitly stated and provided by an appropriately licensed professional.

Any discussion involving money, employment, relationships, business, legal issues, health, or other major life decisions is intended for personal reflection and perspective only. You should obtain appropriate professional advice when circumstances warrant it.

Personal Responsibility

You understand that you remain fully responsible for your decisions and actions.

Serenity Worx does not make decisions on your behalf and cannot guarantee that any particular action, choice, program, session, spiritual practice, or recommendation will produce a specific result.

Information provided through Serenity Worx is one source of perspective and should not replace your own judgment.

Results and Testimonials

Individual experiences differ. Testimonials, reviews, or client stories appearing on the website or in Serenity Worx marketing represent the experiences or opinions of the individuals providing them. They are not guarantees that another person will experience the same outcome.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase or participate in Serenity Worx sessions or readings unless Serenity Worx has expressly agreed otherwise and appropriate parent or legal-guardian authorization has been obtained.

Appointments

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending scheduled appointments at the agreed time.

Specific cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies may be displayed during booking or checkout. Those policies become part of these Terms when you complete a booking.

If circumstances beyond Serenity Worx's reasonable control require an appointment to be changed, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the service.

Payments

Prices are displayed at the time of booking or purchase and are subject to change for future purchases.

Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize the applicable charge when completing a purchase.

Refunds and Digital Products

Any refund or cancellation policy presented at the time of purchase or booking will apply to that transaction.

Digital downloads, workbooks, courses, recordings, publications, and similar digital materials may be non-refundable after delivery or access where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Educational Materials and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, materials created by Serenity Worx—including website content, course materials, worksheets, workbooks, graphics, recordings, exercises, written materials, and other original content—are owned by Serenity Worx or used with permission.

Purchasing a product or program gives you a limited license for your own personal use. It does not give you permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, teach from, upload, share, or commercially exploit the material unless written permission has been provided.

Sessions and Recording

You may not record, reproduce, livestream, distribute, or publish a private Serenity Worx session without prior permission.

Serenity Worx will not intentionally record a private session without informing you.

Respectful Participation

Serenity Worx reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when a person behaves in a threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate manner.

Services may also be discontinued when continuing would fall outside the appropriate scope of Serenity Worx services.

Serenity Worx makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information. However, website content may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or technical problems.

Services, pricing, descriptions, availability, and website content may be changed or discontinued when appropriate.
